I’ve always been a sucker for lavender syrup in my coffee drinks. It hurts my heart when lavender goes out of season and none of my favorite coffee places have lavender syrup anymore. - Allow the mixture to boil for 2 minutes.
- Turn heat to low and allow mixture to simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Allow lavender flowers to steep in the syrup for 12-24 hours.
- Pour syrup through mesh strainer into a mason jar, or bottle of your choice. Discard lavender flowers.
- Store in fridge and enjoy!
